INTERNATIONAL & LOCAL SHIPPING OPTIONS
UK deliveries are shipped with Royal Mail. International deliveries are shipped with UPS in the majority of cases.
You will receive an email notification to the email address provided to us when placing your order, once your purchase has been shipped. Your notification will include a tracking number where applicable.

UK: £15 insured up to £2,500
International: £35 - small items (e.g. card holders), £60 everything else - with basic insurance up to £1,000
We highly recommend purchasing additional insurance at the appropriate level to fully insure your item. You will be given the option at the point of purchase to be provided with a quotation for this if you have not contacted us in advance to receive one prior to your order - payment for which will be requested via payment link.

DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES
Delivery costs will be displayed to you on our website at the point of order including a basic level of insurance. Any additional amount due for full or additional insurance coverage is to be covered by the client. We highly recommend that all orders are sent fully insured, and we shall not be liable in the event of a loss. Whilst this is not a set amount for all items, should a quotation be necessary we advise the client to contact us before proceeding with the purchase.
Once your purchase has been handed over to the relevant shipment carrier, we are not liable for any damages or losses. In the event of such circumstances, any claims will need to be made through the insurance cover purchased by the client.
ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to dispatch items within 1 business day. Depending on the shipping carrier and service used, UK deliveries can be expected within 1-3 business days from dispatch. For international deliveries, postage is calculated at checkout based on each item. Please note that international clients will also need to consider Customs and potential delays, so please bear this in mind.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment is required in full at the time of order/purchase. You will be prompted to complete your payment by credit or debit card utilising the payment gateway provided. We accept cards with MasterCard, Visa, and American Express symbols.
Keeping your online payments secure is our number one priority. That means you might need to verify your card payment with 3D Secure to complete your transaction. Contact your bank to learn more about 3D Secure authentication.
CURRENCY
Whilst we provide an approximate currency converter on our website, all payments are taken in GBP. Should your bank operate in any other currency please note that prices shown on our website that are not in GBP are approximate and that there may be additional fees incurred by you from your bank for the processing of international payments.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF CONSIGNMENT
1. Luxury Collection acts as an intermediary between sellers and clients, operating a consignment marketplace for the marketing and sale of luxury designer items. We facilitate the quality control, authentication, sale and delivery of such items.
2. Sellers may only use the service if they are an individual and not acting in the course of a business. If you are a trader, professional or other corporate entity then you may not use the service.
3. In order for us to be able to run the Service and pay the proceeds of any sale, we need certain contact, payment, billing and other details. Please read our Privacy Policy.
4. In order to consign your item(s) on the service, the questionnaire provided must be completed and any additional information regarding the item(s) that we request. Good quality photographs must be provided of each item. Photographs must reflect the actual quality and external appearance of the item, as well as the presence of any faults. Stock photography is not permitted to be used.
4.1. All items consigned to us must be in a clean and marketable condition; any and all original packaging and receipts must be provided wherever possible, which will ensure the highest return possible.
4.2. Receipts will be redacted for GDPR protection purposes and any receipts provided will be stored securely.
5. By consigning any item to Luxury Collection, the seller warrants and represents that the item complies with any description (including photographs) provided to ourselves, the seller is the owner of the item and has the right to consign and sell the item, and the consignment and/or sale of the item on the service will not violate the rights (including intellectual property rights) of any third party; and the item complies with all applicable laws and regulations and is authentic.
6. The seller is responsible for ensuring the authenticity of all items they wish to consign to us and sell on the Service. The seller acknowledges and agrees that (to the extent permitted by applicable law) they will solely be responsible for all losses or damages that you or we incur in connection with any and all claims relating to or arising from authenticity, ownership, legality or intellectual property rights in or to your item(s).
6.1. If we or our third-party authenticators:
a) Determine that an item may be inauthentic;
b) Cannot confirm the authenticity of the item; or
c) Conclude that the item is inauthentic
We will notify the seller; or if we need further evidence to be able to confirm the items’ authenticity, we will give the seller the opportunity to provide such additional evidence. If we conclude that an item is inauthentic, we may make a final determination that the item is inauthentic and may, in our sole discretion destroy or return the relevant item to the seller at their expense. If we return, we charge an administration fee of £50 prior to returning the item, excluding postage costs.
6.2. A £125 authenticity fee will be charged in addition to our administration fee of £50 prior to the return of the item for certain Hermès bags. For all other bags, solely the administration fee will apply.
7. If the seller chooses to sell an item using the service, they will remain the legal owner of the item until the item is sold to a buyer. Luxury Collection does not obtain any rights of ownership or title to your item, even after the item has been delivered to ourselves. The seller is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to their item until the point we confirm that we have taken physical possession of it. We accept the risk of loss or damage to the item if it is damaged, lost or stolen whilst it is in our physical possession and we have already confirmed our receipt of the item in writing.
8. “Net Sale Value” means the total sale of an item less any fees, which include but are not limited to commission and transaction fees. We are legally required to collect VAT, which is included within the commission charged. If the item sells on the service, Luxury Collection will be entitled to a commission which will be deducted from the Net Sale Value of the item. Following the sale of your item, you will be paid the Net Sale Value (less Luxury Collection’s commission) within 14 days from the date of sale, given that payment details have been provided to Luxury Collection.
9. You must be at least 18 years old and capable in your country of entering into a legally binding agreement in order to use the service. Your right to use the service is personal to you and you are not allowed to give this right to any other person. Your right to use the service does not stop us from giving other people the right to use the service.
9.1. All information provided to us must be accurate, true and complete to the best of your knowledge, and we will not be responsible for communication errors, misapplied payments or similar should the information provided be inaccurate or incomplete.
9.2. You are responsible for ensuring that emails from us are not blocked or filtered as spam by your email account provider. Should we contact you at any stage and the email is consequently filtered, we will not take responsibility for such, however, may attempt to contact you by alternative means.
9.3. You as the seller agree that all confidential information, copyright and other intellectual property rights in the service belong to us or the people who have licensed those rights to us.
10. If at any time you do not feel you can agree to these terms or any changes made to the terms of the service, you must immediately stop using the service and request to have returned to you, any items which you have consigned to Luxury Collection at your own cost.
10.1. We may immediately end the sellers use of the service if they break any important rule(s) or terms and conditions we set for accessing and using the service including these seller terms. We may also withdraw the service at any time provided we give reasonable notice that we plan to do this.
11. We care about the integrity and security of your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorised third parties will never be able to defeat our security measures or use your personal information for improper purposes.
12. We shall not be responsible to you for any claims arising out of the provision of the service. The service and all content on the service is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. In these seller terms, we do not give any commitment relating to the performance or availability of the service, or the suitability or accuracy of the content made available through the service.
12.1. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our maximum liability to you under these terms for any claim will not exceed the estimated sale value of the item in respect of which the claim arises.
13. If you have a dispute with us relating to the service, in the first instance please contact us at sell@luxury-collection.co.uk and attempt to resolve the dispute with us informally.
14. We are constantly updating and improving the service as our products and services develop. Improvements and updates are also made to reflect changing technologies, tastes, behaviour and the way people use the internet and the service. In order to do this, we may need to update, reset, stop offering and/or supporting a particular part of the service, or feature relating to the service.
15. We may revise these Seller Terms from time to time, but the most current version will always be at www.luxury-collection.co.uk. Your continued use of the service after we make any changes to these seller terms will indicate that you have agreed to those changes. If you do not agree to any of the changes to these seller terms, you should not use or access (or continue to use or access) the service.
16. The current version of the seller terms contains the only terms and conditions that apply to our relationship with the seller at any time. We intend to rely on these seller terms as setting out the written terms of our agreement with you for the provision of the service. Prior to a consignment being physically accepted by ourselves, a full contract will be issued to you for your acceptance or rejection.
17. The seller shall indemnify Luxury Collection against all liabilities, costs, expenses, damages and losses (including any direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of reputation and all interest, penalties and legal costs (calculated on a full indemnity basis) and all and other professional costs and expenses) suffered or incurred by Luxury Collection arising out of or in connection with any claim made against Luxury Collection for actual or alleged infringement of a third party's intellectual property rights arising out of or in connection with the supply or use of any products.
18. These seller terms, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. This does not affect your rights under the law of the country in which you are resident.
19. We value hearing from our users and are always open to suggestions on how we can improve the service. By providing your feedback you agree that you are giving up any rights you have in your feedback so that we may use and allow others to use it without any restriction and without any payment to you.
